1. They organized their protest by accepting members to their group who were willing to fight for their cause. They posted articles in they paper, wrote articles, and staged demonstrations to further their protests. They performed two killings of cops and than a bombing of an Army Corps and a Police Station.
2. In the beginning of the film the group was easy to stand behind and associate with. They had a political purpose and goals. As the group began to become more and more violent and outrageous they were harder to associate myself with. By the end of the movie they seemed to lack feasible goals and basically were just terrorists and murders.
3. Yes I believe his determination and rudeness did play a role in his leadership. By him being rude it get him a air of superiority and purpose. If anyone questioned him he spoke out vengefully and with a plan. If he was timid with his leadership he would have not received as many followers.
